Bobby started with a simple frustration: finding a safe, compatible playmate for your dog or cat should not be hard. So we built the app we wished existed.
Bobby launched in Toronto in 2025. Dogs and cats are social animals, and their owners often struggle to find compatible playmates nearby. Dog parks are great, but showing up and hoping for the best is hit-or-miss.
By matching on species, size, energy level, and personality, Bobby helps owners find pets their furry family member will actually get along with — then makes it easy to connect, chat, and arrange a meetup.
We are a small, independent team. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs mentality. Just a genuine belief that stronger pet communities make for happier pets and happier people.
